Leutnant Spatulot has surpassed all expectations for service as a platoon leader and has often gone beyond the call of duty taking the initiative to step-up and lead from the front far from what was required of him. Leutnant spatulot has dedicated time toward developing his subordinate NCOs as the next Generation of EPI leadership, by setting a positive example for how to perform not only on the battlefield, but in administrative duties as well. Leutnant Spatulot's Performance has greatly contributed to the overall success of not only his platoon, but the regiment as a whole.
