Mandatory Questions:
1.   In-Game Name:
Karsten

2. Steam Name:
Garybob

3.   Our regiment prides itself in maturity, organization, and responsibility.
I am very active on my computer daily, I can attend most(if not all) events provided. Personally I am taking JROTC in school, this provides me a class in which I learn proper leadership skills and I also have the knowledge of knowing when and when to not speak. I am mature for my age, I do not judge or harass on ANY account. I never judge because of who someone worships or who they like. I am willing to learn all rules, commands, rank structures, etc. I am a fast learner and I believe I will make a great, responsible soldier for the regiment.

4.   Take a moment to read our rules. Do you agree with the policies the regiment runs by?
The rules are very reasonable and I shall follow them.

5.  what follows is a list of our event schedule. Please say YES or NO next to the events that you can or cannot attend. Please, no "maybes" or "I could try". A "yes" to an event means you should be able to attend 75% of the time. Also, please note, all events are based on EASTERN STANDARD TIME U.S. Please consult the web if you have questions about time-zones and what time-zone you are in. Finally, we need all recruits to attend at minimum ONE LINEBATTLE and ONE TRAINING.
     a.   Tuesday Training – 5pm - YES
     b.   Tuesday Linebattle – 8pm - YES
     c.   Thursday Training – 8pm - YES
     d.   Friday Linebattle – 9pm- YES
     e.   Saturday Training – 3pm - YES

Optional questions:
1.   Age: 15

2.   Time-Zone Location: (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada) / Tennessee, United States

3.   How did you hear about the Regiment? I was looking on the TW forums and saw your high-quality post.

4.   What is your favorite position to play in the game? Infantry is by far my most favored position to play.

5.   How long have you played Mount and Blade: Napoleonic Wars for? I have a decent amount of hours into Napoleonic Wars, but I wouldn't consider my self a veteran. I may not be the best, but I am a good listener and a great leader.

6.   Prior to the 1stEPI, have you been in other regiments or tried other "military simulation" groups, clans, or games? I was in an old regiment called: "33rd ROF", I had to leave due to the timezone difference. (It was an Australian reg.)

I just want to say, thank you very much for reading over my application and I hope I can soon be apart of this magnificent regiment.

Our Code of Conduct:
As general guidelines, members are to practice the following points:

1. Be respectful to everyone! This includes your comrades in the 1st, members of other regiments, public players, admins, officers, non-commissioned officers and people on the forums.

2. Conduct yourself in a professional and mature manner. This means that cursing, glitching, trolling, flaming and name calling or other forms of fighting are not allowed. This is especially important when we are in events or on a public server.

3. Follow. Orders. It is paramount for the survival of the regiment that all orders given by our Offiziere and Unteroffizieren are followed to the letter and without question or argument. There is a time and place to discuss tactics and whether or not certain orders should be given or not. Directly after the order is given is not one of those times. This also applies to the rules laid out by admins on their servers. We respect the right of admins to run their channels.

4. Do not retaliate. Regardless of the situation, if something is done to you (for example: teamkilling, insulting, etc.) you are not to retaliate, but are instead to inform an officer or admin and report the problem. Anyone found retaliating will be dealt with in the same manner as the original offender.

Attendance Policy:
While we fully understand if you have to miss a training or line battle, your attendance is a significant factor in receiving future promotion and any advancement in the regiment.  We encourage that you attend at least ONE training per week and ONE line battle per week.

Also, being active on the forums is a must. If time is not shown upon the forum, you will be removed from the Rekruten roster and will be subject to re-enlistment.
