I've been a member of military based communites for a long time. I'm more than adept at following orders, rules, and regulations.
      c.   Respect our members and the members of other regiments in the Prussian Army, regardless of rank, age, sex,   race, religion, etc.?
Wouldn't have it any other way.
      d.   Conduct yourself in a manner that is befit of a member in the 1stEPI and the Prussian Army?
I respect all players whether I like them or not. I don't cause fights and am very easy going. I'm a defuser not a problem child.
4.   Take a moment to read our rules. Do you agree with the policies the regiment runs by?
I checked them out. I agree with all of them.

1.   Age: 20, turning 21.

2.   Time-Zone Location (If not known, simply state your Country): Est

3.   How did you hear about the Regiment? Did someone recommend you to our regiment? If so, who? I found you on the talewind fourms.

4.   What is your favorite position to play in the game? Infantry, cavalry, or artillery? Infantry.

5.   How long have you played Mount and Blade: Napoleonic Wars for? Are you a new-comer or a seasoned veteran of the franchise? I've been playing for over a year now. I'm an experienced player. I'm a Line Soldier and Skirmisher first and foremost. I've lead many of my own units and been a second in command for some very large and well-known battalions. I'm just returning the the game after a break.

6.   Prior to the 1stEPI, have you been in other regiments or tried other "military simulation" groups, clans, or games? I've been apart of a few regiments as second in command. I've lead my own units and have plenty of experience leading men. I've played FPS's, Military Sims, Strategy games, and even some MMO's in a prime leading. I wont give a name to these groups as they are very well known, or used to be at least. I've always done the right thing by my men. The reason I give this information and tell about my leadership history, is I DO NOT want any leadership. I've had to make some difficult decisions and I don't want that anymore.  that's the biggest reason I'm looking for a new home and new unit. Obviously I'm just a new recruit, I just want any new group that I join to understand where I've come from and that I'm not interested in being anything more than a soldier.

Our Code of Conduct:
As general guidelines, members are to practice the following points:

1. Be respectful to everyone! This includes your comrades in the 1st, members of other regiments, public players, admins, officers, non-commissioned officers and people on the forums.

2. Conduct yourself in a professional and mature manner. This means that cursing, glitching, trolling, flaming and name calling or other forms of fighting are not allowed. This is especially important when we are in events or on a public server.

3. Follow. Orders. It is paramount for the survival of the regiment that all orders given by our Offiziere and Unteroffizieren are followed to the letter and without question or argument. There is a time and place to discuss tactics and whether or not certain orders should be given or not. Directly after the order is given is not one of those times. This also applies to the rules laid out by admins on their servers. We respect the right of admins to run their channels.

4. Do not retaliate. Regardless of the situation, if something is done to you (for example: teamkilling, insulting, etc.) you are not to retaliate, but are instead to inform an officer or admin and report the problem. Anyone found retaliating will be dealt with in the same manner as the original offender.

Attendance Policy:
While we fully understand if you have to miss a training or line battle, your attendance is a significant factor in receiving future promotion and any advancement in the regiment.  We encourage that you attend at least ONE training per week and ONE line battle per week.

Also, being active on the forums is a must. If time is not shown upon the forum, you will be removed from the Rekruten roster and will be subject to re-enlistment.
